Duncan has a  Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a focus in Finance and Statistics, Master of Business Administration Degree with a focus in Finance from Millsaps College, Accounting Degree from Mississippi College, and attended the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Duncan’s postgraduate certifications include Certified Public Accountant, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Professional Certificate Program in Digital Transformation as a Business and Innovation Strategy.
